How We Work
- Initial consultation and background, brief taking, (Show room visit or home visit)
- Design presentation
- Quoting
- Signing contract including deposit payment received
- Detailed design plans released to client
- Site survey, checking, preparing for manufacture
- Working closely with architects, interior designers and building contractors involved
- Signing final design by client
- Final design made available to all other trades involved within the contract
- Manufacture begins (Timing calculated from day of signing) Time scale agreed
- Second Payment received one week before fitting commences.
- Preparation for delivery, health and safety
- Delivery and 1st phase fitting (this can take one to three weeks depending on the contract)
- 2nd phase fitting and snagging
- Signing of completion certificate, including third and final payment received
