How we work

• Initial consultation and background, brief taking, (Show room visit or home visit).
• Design presentation.
• Quoting.
• Signing contract including deposit payment received.
• Detailed design plans released to client.
• Site survey, checking, preparing for manufacture.
• Working closely with architects, interior designers and building contractors involved
• Signing final design by client.
• Final design made available to all other trades involved within the contract.
• Manufacture begins (Timing calculated from day of signing) Time scale agreed.
• Second Payment received one week before fitting commences.
• Preparation for delivery, health and safety
• Delivery and 1st phase fitting (this can take one to three weeks depending on the contract)
• 2nd phase fitting and snagging
• Signing of completion certificate, including third and final payment received.
